The City of Albany has been allocated $3.3 million dollars through the HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP). CARES of NY, Inc. is working with the City of Albany – Albany Community Development Agency (ACDA) to create an allocation plan to determine how best to spend these funds to reduce homelessness in the City of Albany.
