Each February, just around Mardi Gras time, Behavioral Health Services North (BHSN) holds a free community event – and afternoon of fun in your socks! The City of Plattsburgh Rec Center & Gym is the site where hundreds of children and their families enjoy the feeling and excitement of Mardi Gras in the North Country: mask-making, face painting, make-your-own-crowns and more.
