Behavioral Health & Hard to Place, Hard to Serve, Part 2
February 9, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
With regulations governing the safety and health of all students, those students with mental health challenges are sometimes very difficult to serve. This training will discuss the struggles that all types of schools have in order to work with complex students and still be in compliance with laws and regulations. We will review why some students are deemed “hard to place/hard to serve”, what is done in order to help these students, and what things can be done to alleviate this problem.
