Attorneys from the LASNNY Senior Legal Services Program, HIV/AIDS Law Consortium, and Medical Legal Partnership will discuss common advance planning questions including:

• Can someone take care of my bills, contracts, taxes, and other financial matters in case I can’t do so myself?
• How do I make sure my current healthcare wishes are known and followed?
• Will someone be able to act for me during quarantines and social isolation?
• Do I know who will get my property when I pass away and what steps they will need to take to get it?
