Hybrid Schedules

• Work from home and flexible schedules allow staff to work remotely up to 50% of their work time: 2 days/3 days alternating work from home and in office, half-day work from home “core hours” including flexible scheduling of in office hours between 7AM-7PM, 4 day compressed work weeks, and attorneys can work from home 5 days alternating with 5 days in office.
• Compensatory time permitted for attorneys who work more than 40 hrs/week
• Overtime paid to eligible support staff for time over 35hrs/week

Professional Development

  • Reimbursement for relocation expenses to move from outside of the LASNNY service area, up to $2,500 for new hires.
